Ontario Power Authority has recently announced the best solar incentives in the world.  We in Ontario now have greater incentives than even Germany for solar electricity and we also enjoy higher levels of solar insolation .  This is the optimal situation for green investment and solar system feasibility.

Example System:  A 10kW Solar PV system can produce 14000 kWh per year of clean renewable electricity.  This electricity is then purchased by OPA under a 20 year microFIT contract for the price of 54.9 cents /kWh.  The income from this system would be $8,000 /year with as little as $45,000 invested.  This would result in an 18% return, a 5.6 yr payback and would generate a profit of about $160,000 under the contract PLUS TAX BENEFITS!.  This system would also continue to generate electricity years longer.
